All sales are final once an item has been purchased. We will only offer a refund if an item is faulty and you are able to show evidence after receiving.

We do our best to process orders within 5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Kindly note that the shipping rates outside of EU are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
